You may use our services only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them by unauthorised means.
Accounts & access
Where access requires an account or subscription, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for safeguarding your credentials.
Intellectual property
The Atmaya platform, digital humans, content and trademarks are owned by Atmaya or its licensors. These terms grant you no ownership rights beyond the limited right to use the services as permitted.
Customer content
You retain rights to content you provide for training digital humans. You grant us the rights necessary to process that content to deliver the services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atmaya is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. The services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
